Returns & Refunds Policy
All Full Time Formula merchandise is made to order through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is produced individually at the time of purchase. We don't hold stock, and production begins as soon as your order is placed.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Items that no longer fit or suit your needs
We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We do, however, want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@fulltimeformula.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
